Performs a variety of building and grounds maintenance work. Must have knowledge of and ability to use common building maintenance and cleaning materials, equipment and methods. Duties include general housekeeping, maintaining building cleanliness and attractiveness, setting up and tearing down for events and assisting others in performing various routine tasks. Requires High School education or equivalent, some experience in performing related cleaning/maintenance work, be at least 18 years old, work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and possess a valid drivers license.
