HOA MANAGER ASSISTANT


Summary:
Seeking a high energy, detail-oriented professional in the Surfside/Murrells Inlet area with good customer service skills to join our fast paced growing team in Home Owner Association management! This position provides administrative support for multiple managers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
o Perform general and miscellaneous repairs as it pertains to property.
o Perform preventive maintenance procedures on property on a scheduled basis.
o Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required.
o Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of responsible experience in building maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. Good skill in the use of hand and power tools.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
