A small Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking an experienced Plaintiffs Workers Compensation/Personal Injury Paralegal assistant for their Myrtle Beach, SC office.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
o 5
years experience in both WOKERS COMPENSATION & PERSONAL INJURY law.
o Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
o Previous experience with Needles is highly preferred
o Professional demeanor and appearance required
o Type 55+wpm
QULIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate required or 5
years experience in a law firm setting
- Excellent computer skills
- Expert level in Microsoft Office
- Case Management software knowledge a must
- Wordperfect
DAY TO DAY
Responsibilities:
-Daily contact with clients
-Handle case load of 100
cases
-Type legal correspondence
-Collect medical records & bills
-Briefs
-Daily contact with WCC
-Prepare litigation documents
-Basic office skills - fax, phone, copier, etc
