Office Manager - Vacation Rentals
Seaside Rentals, a dynamic, forward-thinking business, is expanding our team and searching for an Office Manager to help lead this organization.
Vacation Rentals are one of the fastest growing segments of the hospitality industry in part due to the unique experience and value they provide travelers. Seaside Vacations Rentals manages over 100
vacation homes and condos in Surfside Beach South Carolina and welcomed over 20,000 guests in 2014. From day one we've been dedicated to providing superior service, and to exceeding industry trends and standards. We are always searching for enthusiastic professionals to come and join our team.
As the Office Manager you will be responsible for all operations associated with the property management of over 100
vacation homes. This position provides leadership to the Front Desk Manager and Reservationists while actively managing, planning, coordinating and directing the day to day operations, staff (and 3rd party vendors) of Finance, Facilities, Technology and Human Resources.
If you have at least 5 years' hands-on experience managing administrative functions, people and responsibilities (Marketing, HR, Facilities) in a leadership position in the vacation rental management or hospitality industry we want to speak with you.
REQUIREMENTS:
o A minimum of 5 years' experience in vacation rental management or hospitality industry
o A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Office Manager
o Must have strong hands-on experience managing administrative functions and responsibilities (Marketing, HR, Facilities)
o Bachelor's Degree in Business Management preferred or business or equivalent experience
o Availability to work weekends and holidays as business requires
o Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel, knowledge of Property Plus is a bonus
o Effective organizational and time management skills
o Excellent communication skills
o Ability to solve complex problems, select the most appropriate course of action and understand others
