Customer Service Representative
The part-time Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following facets of sales and customer service:
Provide sales/customer service support by:
o Answering inbound customer calls and making outbound follow-up calls as necessary
o Placing and tracking orders for Customers
o Assisting Internet sales via Live Chat for website
o Reviewing/following-up on product reviews on the website
o Answering Support and Contact Us emails
o Monitoring posts on social media
Provide operational support by establishing and maintaining a partnership with the operation supervisors and management team by:
o Investigating and resolving invoice and order discrepancies
o Initiating claims actions for damaged, misdirected, or lost orders and shipments
o Reviewing, processing, and following up on all return claims and issue refunds as needed
o Providing operational support by assisting supervisor in order fulfillment (tagging, checking, order pulling)
Experience in the following is required:
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Additional skills & experience desired:
o Excellent people skills
o Great phone etiquette
o Ability to formulate grammatically correct emails/chat
Position Hours: (see below weekly schedule)
Thursday, 5:30 PM - 10 PM
Friday, 5:30 PM - 11 PM
Saturday, 5:30 PM - 11 PM
Sunday, 5:30 PM - 11 PM
Extra hours may become available. During times of high order volume, this position may require you to work extended hours.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
