Summary: The purpose of the Reservationist is to assist potential and past guests in the planning of their vacation. Reservationist will focus on the customer experience and quality control to ensure that the company leaves every guest and property owner happy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
o Answering inbound reservation calls.
o Provide outstanding customer service.
o Attempt to book a reservation on all queue calls answered.
o Utilize sales techniques to enhance each guest's vacation.
o Assisting with check in's and check out's.
o Maintain relationship with property owners.
o Meet minimum revenue standards.
o Problem solving.
QUALIFICATIONS to perform this job successfully:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o 1 year in a customer service role.
o Experience in a sales environment.
o Must be self-motivated.
o Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
o Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build a rapport with individuals.
o Must demonstrate success selling the vacation experience.
o Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
o Strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately.
o Successful Reservationists are self- motivated, strong problem solvers and are able to build relationships with each guest and their appointed property owners.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
