Collections Rep
We are seeking a Collections Rep to join our growing team. This person will monitor and work past due accounts for our in house loan portfolio.
Primary responsibilities include:
Contact consumers to negotiate payment arrangements.
Provide professional customer service in an accurate and timely manner.
Notate calls appropriately in all systems.
Resolve accounts in a time-sensitive manner.
Maintain a positive, problem-solving approach and positive relationships within a team environment.
Preferred skills, education, and
Experience:
Excellent written, communication, and listening skills.
Basic computer skills.
Basic mathematical skills. Ability to execute multiplication, division, and percentage mathematical functions.
Commission driven, self-motivated and goal oriented.
Ability to remain professional at all times.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Collections
Experience: 2-4 yrs required
Competitive Wagesincludes Hourly Pay
Performance Based Bonuses.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
