In House Greeter Supervisor

This job''s primary purpose is to supervise the In House Greeters. Supervisor is responsible for scheduleing and approving time off. Supervisor also conducts interviews and assists in hiring. Supervisor will be coordinating the curbside greeting process. Conducting light, in the moment coaching on team members that supervisor witnesses not following our 12 Principles of Service Guidelines.
Include the following, and other duties may be assigned.
Scheduling In House Greeters, Approving Time off and assist with hiring and interviewing, Coordinating curbside greeting process, Coaching for improvement, Supervise and report back to the Director of Concierge regarding the In House Greeters who are responsible for the following:
Responsible for being in the lobby greeting families
Interacting with Guest
Giving great customer service
Greet all guest as they arrive to check into resort
Ensure guests are directed to appropriate desk and/or areas as needed
Locate Sales Representative and making sure that they have picked up their tours
Assist other sales departments as needed
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervises the In-House Greeters in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilites include interviewing, hiring, and training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplinining team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems

Additional Information: Must possess excellant customer service skills and have the ability to work well with others. Must have excellant typing and computer skills
Education And/Or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routing reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using untis of American money and weight measurements, volume and distance
Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
