This jobs'' primary purpose to the organization is to make sales for profit to Westgate Resorts.

Escort guests to their accommodations and establish appointment time
Attend morning meetings
Attend sales division meetings
Give a sales presentation to prospective buyers in order to sell weeks
Provide excellent customer service to all guests/owners
Interact and serve as customer service agent to all prospective buyers
Prepare and complete paperwork needed for all sales transactions

Education And/Or
Experience:
Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess exceptional sales skills and techniques.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, managers, and other team members of the organization.
Must be able to speak and understand English. Bilingual English-Portuguese a plus.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10''s and 100''s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must possess valid drivers license
