Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a driven and dedicated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.
Your job will be to complete and file the appropriate paperwork for transactions, oversee important deadlines and notify clients when necessary, adhere to legal and tax withholding requirements, and coordinate schedules for final walkthroughs and other appointments.
You'll also work with the team to manage the production of all marketing materials and facilitate local events to foster connections with people in the community.
Our ideal candidate has superb organizational skills, a knack for customer service, and a strong understanding of the real estate transaction process.
Responsibilities:
o Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessaryo Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperworko Continue to build skills and knowledge in the real estate industry by attending educational eventso Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being meto Reviews real estate contracts and formso Updates office files and paperless systemo Updates accounting system and enters transactions dailyo Reconciles MLS date with accounting recordso Deposits commission checks and escrow moneyo Handles operational matters for the office with a positive attitudeo Troubleshoots basic computer and printer issueso Adds and removes new agents into office keypad and security systemo Handles incoming phone calls for the officeo Maintains and manages conference rooms and workroom areaso Assists all RE/MAX executive associates and staff members from other locationso Responsible for account confidential communications and does not share with agentso Performs other related duties as assignedo Enforce compliance on all real estate forms
Qualifications:
o A real Estate License would be preferredo Previous experience in the real estate industryo Either already has or is working towards a real estate licenseo Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GEDo Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systemso Great written and verbal skillsAbout Company:
