Bereavement Coordinator/Spiritual Care Coordinator - FT - Myrtle Beach Office The Bereavement Coordinator is responsible to develop, implement and supervise the hospice bereavement program.
Provides bereavement support through grief support, memorial services, family assessment and conference.
Responsible for consultation to interdisciplinary team, client and family in issues related to grief and loss.

One year experience in home health care or hospice preferred.
Proficient computer skills preferred.
