Customer Service Representative

This is not a remote positionA customer service representative, or CSR, will function as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The best CSRs are excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative.
CSRs are also familiar with drafting a professional email/letter, which includes proper grammar, no spelling errors, and correct punctuation.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

2 years (Required) Customer support/service:
3 years (Required) Strong Professional written and oral communication skills are vital - must be able to compose professional emails with proper, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.
Retail sales experience is a plus Must be 21 years of age or older Willing to complete a background check and reference checks Willing to complete random drug tests, if necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
Must be tech savvy, and can quickly learn latest programs used for inventory, shipping, website portals Able to work independently and take initiative to complete simple tasks Basic knowledge of novelty items, such as CBD, kratom, vape products, eCigs, tobacco pipes, etc.

Starting at up to $15 an hour and paid training - based on experience.
Training is at a reduced pay rate.
After the training period, we will review the performance and adjust the pay.
During the first year, we conduct several performance reviews.
We review the performance to date, and typically provide a pay raise and potentially other incentives.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
